The text reads, "In 1937, notorious gangster Johnny is finally captured by the FBI. But no trial takes place. Instead, Johnny is made an offer by J. Edgar Hoover...life behind bars...or a codename, a partner and a mission - to be the frontman of the FEDERAL INTERGALACTIC DEFENSE DEPARTMENT TEAM. And with a captured alien craft protect the earth...as Cobalt Blue!"

Panel 1: Cobalt defeats the Nazi with the bazooka, "I never miss. At all."

Panel 2. A blade is pressed to his throat.
Cobalt; Sword?
Juliette: Don't move an inch, Mr Blue.

Panel 3. Juliette tries to iterrogate Cobalt.
Cobalt: You idiot-! The timegate...
Juliette: For me to survive...you must die!
Cumulus (off panel): Perhaps I might be of assistance...

Panel 4: Lightening knocks the sword from Juliette's hand.

Panel 5. Cobalt and Juliette look up at Cumulus.
Cumulus: Sorry my dear, but Cobalt is the best chance we have!
Juliette: Who said that?
Cumulus: I did. My name is Cumulus. I suppose I am what you might call...a sentient cloud.
